I originaly got the U.S. version of this album, but was excited to find a British copy, not to mention the re-release with "Never Had a Dream Come True," one of the best songs on the album. This is definately a fun cd to listen to. Many of the songs are incredibly upbeat, such as the lead song, "Reach," and "Love Train." Other songs are slower, such as "The Colour of Blue," with a medium tempo, and many others are slow, like "Lately" and "Never Had a Dream Come True." Most of the songs have to same lyrical content, love in some form, though a few have different subjects. "Reach" is a positive song about about accompishing your dreams, and "Best Friend" is about, well, your best friend. Many people criticize S Club 7 by saying their lyrics are cheesy and not deep. Those people have missed the entire point of a group such as this. That point is the fun. It was fun for them to make, not to metion fun for fans to listen to. This is music you can dance to, that you can have a good time listening to, not to take seriously. Truly one of the best pop cds I have, and one of my favorites.
