When I downloaded "Suicide Letters" from a Kansas music website I was hooked. Tech's style is more gritty and his subject matter is more serious than many rappers today. You can definitely hear the experimentation on the record. Some of the tracks don't quite work, but they do have a unique sound. There are several extremely good tracks to make up for a few weak ones. My favorites are "Sinister Tech", "Suicide Letters", "Einstein", and "Twisted". The tracks sound clean and his flow fits over most of them perfectly. I enthusiastically recommend this cd to fans of hip hop.
