This is the album where th line-up stabilized for once and The Vandals headed into the goofy catchy punk they have been known for for the past decade. There are some absolutely great moments on here, notably Pizza Tran, Join Us For Pong, Summer Lovin' and Anti, but you must know there are some absolutely horrible moments on here as well. They were bad then, and they're worse now. I'm talking about "Do The Rog", "Hey Homes" and pretty much the rest of the album. I love the Vandals, but I am simply being completely honest. 50% brilliant, 50% awful. Also, this is not one of their first albums. They had many others in the 80's with a different lineup. Joe Escalante is the only constant, and even he switched from drums to bass/lawyer.
