Like most GRP offerings, the sound quality of this digital master is very good. The tracks here are quite different in style with a mix of vocal tracks as well as live ones. Here lies the problem though as the volume levels are clearly lower for the live tracks while the studio tracks sound louder and more polished. Otherwise, the album sounds exactly like a best of album as it's a collection of hits and the album doesn't flow very well at all. Somehow, the collection does not sound better than the sum of its parts. Great sound but not a great album although some individual tracks like "Revelation" and "Dewey" stand out. Not one of GRP's best albums.
